Karl LeClair: Printmaking & Installation Art Inspired by the American West

Originally from New England, Karl’s artistic vision has been increasingly shaped by the expansive landscapes of the American West. His work captures the contrasts, textures, and vastness of the region, bringing a unique perspective to contemporary printmaking.

Karl’s talent has earned him notable recognition, including “Best in Show” at the Bend Art Center’s 2nd Biennial National Print Exhibition (2018). He was also awarded a residency with Playa at Summer Lake in Central Oregon, where he further explored the connections between landscape and artistic expression.
