Meet Liz Allen: Your Boise Real Estate Expert

Liz fondly recalls looking at homes as a child. Her family’s agent showed them houses that fed her imagination. She pictured herself living in all types of homes, from urban Scandinavian design to rural acreage. Her passion for design and architecture continues today.

Liz’s energy is fueled by nurturing her relationships. She makes connections easily and listens carefully, always with the highest integrity. Liz spent many years in the Boise schools as a speech pathologist. She knows the public, private, and charter schools throughout our city, giving her a unique understanding of the vast neighborhoods and hidden gems throughout Boise.

Liz and Gary have been married over 30 years. They raised their family here, and they are active members of the community. Gary’s legal career includes decades of experience in land use and real estate, further contributing to Liz’s knowledge of the Treasure Valley real estate industry. She is also an Accredited Buyer’s Representative. This designation is for real estate buyer agents who focus on working directly with buyer-clients at every stage of the home-buying process.
